Update on our Covid-19 response

Covid-19, also known as coronavirus or CV19, is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. On March 11 2020, the World Health Organisation declared the new virus a pandemic. During this current outbreak, some changes have been made to the service:

  • Advocates are still working and doing all we can to continue to support our clients in the best possible way. While we may not be able to visit clients personally, we will provide telephone contact and support and listen to you.

  • Our phone lines are open 9am - 5pm. Please leave a message with your name and contact details and we will get back to you within the same working day, or the next working day.
